Hope Clinic offers free, whole person healthcare to those without insurance, and we need folks to be there for them when they walk in the door!
We are looking for volunteers who can come on a somewhat regular basis to help answer phones, schedule appointments, etc. Volunteers at the front desk help clients with a myriad of inquiries and referrals for all of Hope Clinic’s free services such as medical care, dental care, food programs, baby essentials, laundry services, and a variety of on-site behavioral health services.
The ideal people in this role are those who are:- Comfortable answering phones
- Able to operate in our software systems
- Detail-oriented
- Adept at multi-tasking
- Friendly and personable
- Flexible when dealing with changing circumstances
- Compassionate
