The 2024 Burns Park Run is an annual 5K/10K/Fun Run that benefits the Burns Park Elementary PTO as well as other school PTOs and local charities.
This year, the run will be on Sunday, May 5th, in the Burns Park neighborhood near UM's central campus. The race draws 1300+ participants and requires 130+ volunteers.
There are many volunteer roles that need to be filled, including:
- Course Marshall - ensure runner safety on the course at a specific intersection, direct runners
- Transporter - move equipment from location to location
- Registration
- Photographer
