Volunteer on Thursday, December 22 to support local families this holiday season!
Detroit Public Schools Community District will be hosting its annual Holiday Parent Academy Workshop and Toy Giveaway, during which, parents and guardians will receive food to-go, toys, and books!
Volunteers are needed to make this event a success. Volunteers may be assisting with:
- Toy Giveaway
- Book Distribution
- Food Support
- Workshop Monitors
- Clean-up
Volunteers are asked to dress festive and be ready to have a celebration with DPSCD families!
This event is taking place at the Detroit Adult Education Center (West Campus) at 16164 Asbury Park, Detroit, MI 48235.
