On Tuesday, October 11, The Power of Girlhood will be marking The International Day of the Girl - a day to increase attention on issues that matter to girls and to note progress that has been made. It will be an evening of dance, music, poetry and friendship.
This year's theme is "Our time is now—our rights, our future." The Power of Girlhood is excited about what our girls and feminine community have to share, plus we will have lots of resources for our girls and families! Volunteers are needed to make this event a success! Volunteers will help with registration, serving food, setup, cleanup, and more.
