Volunteer Duties: Volunteers will clap in students as they arrive to school to welcome and support them at the start of the year. During the first period of the school day they will work with DLA students on the fundamentals of Microsoft Office Suites.
Please note that if for some reason you are no longer able to attend the event. please unregister as soon as possible or notify the United Way Engagement Team.
When: Tuesday, September 6th 7:30am to 10am
Where: Detroit Lions Academy (10101 E. Canfield St., Detroit, MI 48214)
Parking: Limited parking is availale in the school parking lot or on the street surrounding the schools - Carpool is encouraged!
Attire: Please wear a united way or company/community engagement t-shirts of your choice
