10 organized, enthusiastic, and energetic volunteers are needed to help set up our Celebrating Women fundraising gala on July 20th at Meadow Brook Hall.
- Setting up easels and signs
- Arranging our silent auction items
- Bringing auction items from the parking lot to the garden
- Making the auction area look inviting
- Assembling and setting out name badges
- Putting linens on tables
- Setting out centerpieces
- Arranging programs and materials at the registration table
- And more!
While this project requires standing, walking, moving, and bending, there will not be much (if any) heavy lifting or carrying.
