We are looking for 8 to 10 strong, energetic, active volunteers to help wrap up our fundraising gala on July 20, at Meadow Brook Hall.
At the end of the evening, we need help...
- Moving auction items to the checkout
- Assisting guests with getting their items to their cars
- Gathering and packing up our event materials
- Removing centerpieces and other decor
- Bringing items to the front of the venue and helping staff load their cars.
After a long day, this group of volunteers is vital to making sure our guests have a great experience from start to finish-- and that our team can continue networking and fundraising for Vista Maria, while the event gets wrapped up.
This role DOES require significant walking, standing, carrying, lifting, and bending.
