Field trip volunteers support energy-filled virtual writing field trips with 1st-5th grade classrooms throughout Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Offered most Wednesday and Friday mornings between 9am-12pm, these field trips are provided at no cost to schools or teachers. Students write in large groups, small groups, and individually, and are supported by a team of trained 826michigan volunteers. Students get to experience the power of sharing ideas and developing those ideas into a full-length story!
