We need a group
to help us set up for our biggest event of the year!
Celebrating Women is Vista Maria's biggest event of the year and our small staff cannot pull off a large event like this without significant volunteer support! At this event, a few of our kids tell their stories and are honored for their achievements. It's a great night for them!
Volunteers will...
- Set out auction items
- Organize the registration table
- Put out signs
- Place programs on tables
- Generally prepare the space for the evening's activities
- Eat lunch
- Support Vista Maria's mission by helping this important event run smoothly
Please help us make this event a success!
- No special skills required. Just a willingness to help out and support a great cause!
- Most activity will be standing, walking, or carrying fairly light items.
- We will break for lunch, which will be provided
- Dress is casual and comfortable. Closed-toe shoes are recommended
