The Inpatient Oncology volunteer will serve as a liaison between patients and support personnel on the nursing unit by assisting with cipher rounding, answering call lights and meeting patient needs. The Patient Ambassador role would suit someone with an interest in providing personal care and customer service. This role provides excellent experience for someone planning to enter the medical field, specifically those studying nursing.
