11am-1pm Set up
12:50-1:20 Check in table
12:50-2:15pm Take Daddy/Daughter Photos
1-3pm Event Photos
2-2:45pm Photo Processing (must have car)
1-3pm Manage Food Table, Craft, Dance Activities, etc
3-4pm Clean up
