Volunteer judges play a vital role in supporting the growth, confidence and critical thinking skills of out youth debaters. No debate experience is required. we provide a brief training before each tournament to ensure you feel prepared and confident in your role.
As a judge yo will listen to students debates, help determine the winner of each round, and offer constructive feedback. Your presence and perspective help students feel heard, and motivated to keep growing.
We strongly encourage legal professionals to volunteer in support of our Pipeline to Lawyers Initiative, which aims to expose students to careers in law. However, we also greatly value educators, business professionals, and community leaders. Volunteer with us!
