District 3 Health Fair

Setup/Break Down Team: This is a volunteer position -

We want to recruit volunteers for 2-4 hours to set up/break down our Health Fair Event.

Volunteers will support RTTM Community Center by setting up the equipment needed for the event. Event setup and breakdown may include unloading chairs, tables, and outdoor canopies.

Ideal Candidate:
Have a desire to support the community and build personal networks through connections made serving.

Ability to be on their feet for extended periods.
● Set up and breakdown of necessary equipment before and after the event.
● Adhere to Agency health and safety protocols and code of ethics.

This role would suit someone who:

● Physical stamina and high energy levels
● Demonstrate good judgment
● Willingness to provide a pleasant and welcoming environment

Time commitment:

•Saturday August 27th 2022: 11:00am – 02:00pm (Set-Up)
•Saturday August 27th 2022: 02:30pm – 04:30pm (Set-Up)
