Who We Are

Mission: To ignite hope and access by opening doors to our community’s endless possibilities.

RTTM Community Center provides a place where families are treated with dignity, and the community receives hope & access. We’re passionate about connecting people with new industries, inspiring individuals, and fresh ideas that empower them to thrive. Our programs are designed to uplift and energize. Keeping our community healthy, active, employed, and always enjoying life!

Every initiative we undertake is fueled by a commitment to creating opportunities and fostering collaboration, making RTTM a vibrant hub of growth and joy.

What We Do

As an organization, our work is grounded in empathy and professionalism. We recognize the importance of providing hope and access to our community. We achieve this by introducing individuals to new industries, connecting them with diverse perspectives, and facilitating engagement with new ideas. This access broadens our horizons and allows us to be heard by a wider audience.

Our programs allow our youth to meet and engage with various business partners and mentors. They are learning not only to articulate their voices but also to understand why diversity matters. We firmly believe social justice begins when access and hope are available equally. Our communities have faced significant challenges in Detroit, and hope is often rare. Even when hope is found, access to the necessary resources to act upon one’s vision can be limited. Our program empowers individuals within our community to discover opportunities and become prepared to seize them. More importantly, we emphasize the importance of our young people reaching out to lift others with them.

The community center brings together people who inspire each other. RTTM Programs showcase various opportunities to help our community stay healthy, keep fit, and have fun! Covering everything from fine arts, sports, healthcare, and catering programs to Detroit residents, the community center aims to inspire families to stay active, inspired, and involved in their community.
