Our bodies hold on to grief, and intense movement can help release our feelings and connected to our bodies. As we continue to physically distance ourselves from others, online fitness can be a way to release these feelings and promote well-being. Hermalinda will combine her background in fitness, psychology, and movement to pair intense physical exercise with nurturing and expert guidance during this session. Hermalinda Davis is a Certified Professional Health Coach who is a passionate advocate for wellness and work-life balance.

Hermalinda Davis, M.A. is a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Aromatherapist, as well as a group fitness instructor for cardio kickboxing, functional stability for active aging, and dance.  She is an enthusiastic influencer of living life with self-care strategies in mind, for improved professional and personal success. A love of the outdoors and family is reflected in her active lifestyle of participation in camping, traditional archery, dance and kayaking. She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, with over 30+ years of experience in healthcare. She has witnessed the devastating effects of chronic disease and health care inequities, sparking an interest to serve in preventive and rehabilitative health through lifestyle modification.
