Description

Even though grief is a natural part of life, it can feel incredibly isolating and overwhelming. After the funeral, friends and family return back to their lives often leaving grievers feeling unsupported and alone. This is where Peer Counselors come in.
1:1 peer support has been shown to improve an individual’s quality of life and overall health. This powerful tool empowers grievers to work towards goals and live a healthy, full life after a loss. The bereaved feel supported and connected without feeling isolated or judged.

If you have traveled your own grief journey and feel acclimated to your loss, you can help others as a GrieveWell Peer Counselor. All types of loss are welcome.

Due to COVID-19, Our Peer Counselor Training will be held virtually this year via Zoom and Google Classroom.
