This upcoming career and college event is tailored for high school students, out-of-school youth aged 16-24, and adults in the Mount Clemens and the surrounding Macomb County community. This event aims to provide valuable resources and guidance for individuals interested in pursuing certificates, 2-year or 4-year degrees, or apprenticeship programs.
At this event, attendees will have the opportunity to:
Explore various educational pathways: Representatives from colleges, universities, technical schools, and apprenticeship programs will be present to provide information on their offerings and answer any questions.
Access financial aid and scholarship assistance: Experts will be available to assist with the financial aid process, including filling out FAFSA forms and identifying scholarship opportunities.
Receive admissions support: Learn about admission requirements, application processes, and deadlines for different educational programs.
Gain valuable insight and resources: Receive other helpful information in areas such as career exploration, summer youth employment, and other opportunities.
Attending youth and adults may arrive anytime during the 3-hour window to take advantage of these resources and support services. However, pre-registration for the event is required.
