Who We Are

Mission: To strive for continuous improvement in residential quality, character values, services, and neighborhood objectives; whereby citizens and stakeholders will take a strong interest in making West Willow a desirable place to live.

The New West Willow Neighborhood Association is a nonprofit organization that represents the needs and interests of residents in the West Willow neighborhood, which is the eastern-most community in Ypsilanti Township and Washtenaw County.

What We Do

Our neighborhood is comprised of 1,050 homes and over 3,000 residents. It was originally built to house the workers at the Willow Run plant, which is famous for having produced the B-24 bombers during WWII. Today, West Willow represents the broad and diverse spectrum of Ypsilanti’s population.
