Who We Are
Founded by 2023 University of Michigan alumni Ashley Jellison, Authentic Headspace is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Metro Detroit, Michigan with a mission to promote mental health awareness & suicide prevention initiatives through advocacy, education, and community outreach.
What We Do
Authentic Headspace aims to create an inclusive & safe space where all individuals can find healing and empowerment.
We envision a community center one day in the Metro Detroit area where people can come for healing & where organizations can present on mental health and social issues, addressing how we as a community can come together.
As a new nonprofit, we just implemented our first service of providing "panic attack relief bags" to local high schools.
