What We Do
STAR Children's Bereavement Services provides grief support and teaches coping skills to children and teens ages 8-17 that have experienced the death of a significant person in their life. Our main program is Camp STAR. It is a free, weekend long grief camp that provides a safe environment to learn ways to manage and cope with grief. We also provide a lot of very fun traditional camp activities! It is an incredible life changing experience for campers AND volunteers!
