Hearts Of Humanity

Mission: To provide a hand up not a hand out, in efforts to restore a sense of community based humanity and dignity in the areas/individuals that are often overlooked.

A family of trained professionals, dedicated volunteers and community leaders, united with a cause of helping the most vulnerable among our communities.​ Hearts of Humanity is in our 5th year of supporting families through our Mentoring Programs by creating a unique intake & treatment plan for each client based on their individual need.

Here at Hearts of Humanity we tackle the whole person from the inside out getting to the root cause therefore, decreasing the rate of re-occurrence while eliminating barriers that lead to poverty.
