Greeter: Provide a welcoming greeting to tax prepartion clients and check to make sure they have needed documents. Maintain client confidentiality. Time Commitment: 12 hours Total (6 hour training required + 6 hour minimum time volunteering). Tax Preparer: Provide Taxpayers with accurate, quality Tax Prep services as part of a team. All forms completed will undergo a multi-step review by Wayne Metro employees. Maintain client confidentiality. Time commitment: 24 hours Total (6 hour training, 6 hour IRS Certification training, and 12 hour minimum time volunteering).
