Volunteer: Program Operations Intern - CBIFUNDInternship Title: Program Operations Intern, Next Level Scholars ORGANIZATION NAME: Next Level Scholars / Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars Organization Overview:Next Level Scholars is a college access and success organization that works with first generation college students with high financial need to inspire and prepare them to achieve post-secondary success. Position Overview: The intern will support the organization’s 2026 & 2027 strategic initiatives, with a focus on project management, program evaluation, organizational systems, and cross-functional collaboration. They will research program evaluation practices and help develop an evaluation plan, assist with implementing Paycor and strengthening HR systems, and support communications planning and projects that require coordination across program, operations, and communications teams. The intern will also gain hands-on experience supporting field trip workshops, analyzing participant survey feedback, and contributing to administrative projects that help the organization operate more effectively. This internship is sponsored by the Community-Based Internship Fund at U-M’s Ginsberg Center. As part of this internship, you will complete training and advising with Ginsberg Center staff to support professional development. Core Responsibilities Support grant writing efforts; help develop next steps for a formal program evaluation plan.
