Volunteer: Design Social Media Posts for a Health Nonprofit (Virtual, Flexible)

HealthEd 4 Everyone is a small, doctor-run nonprofit that helps everyone understand, manage, and advocate for their health. We create easy-to-understand, reliable health information and we need help sharing it on social media. That's where we need you. You can volunteer as a post designer, a content strategist, or both.

What Our Post Designers Do

You'll pick a post from our online queue. There's no commitment, so you can pick what's interesting to you and when you have time. Each post takes about 30 to 60 minutes, and you'll have 5 days to complete it once you claim it.

You'll get suggestions for the post image, the post content, and a link to a blank Canva canvas. If you need help, you can schedule a meeting with our staff or connect with other volunteers in our GroupMe.

We review everything before it goes live to make sure it meets our accessibility and content standards. You'll get feedback on every post and a chance to discuss edits and revise it yourself.

What Our Content Strategists Do

We need help turning the health content on our website into social media posts. As a content strategist, you'll suggest post ideas, help decide what topics to prioritize, and shape how we show up on social media. If it's a good fit, there are opportunities to take more ownership over our channels. We're a small team, so your input has real impact.
