The seniors at Towne Center Place have 40 raised beds that are in need of repair. A number of them have been gardening there for years and are excited to see new energy and intention cultivated in their space. Building management has purchased lumber and is asking for help with the rebuilds. That's where we come in!
This will involve carpentry work, some light lifting, and talking with residents who may join us.
There may be another build day on Wednesday the 28th depending on how much we get done on Tuesday.
Please come with appropriate work clothing and closed toe shoes or boots. Safety gear including gloves and goggles will be available.
