Bluffs Nature Area is a diverse park containing a wooded ravine, an open prairie, and an oak-hickory forest. This once-disturbed site is now home to a prairie and many butterflies and insects. With such diversity, Bluffs is a must-explore for any nature lover. Celebrate NAP’s 27th anniversary with us while we remove invasive shrubs such as honeysuckle. Meet us at the entrance on Sunset Rd. near Wildt St. (map).

Pre-registration through VolunteerHub is encouraged; please stay home if you are feeling ill. NAP continues to monitor recommendations from health officials, volunteers registered for events will be notified in advance of any changes to the workday. Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes and bring a water bottle and leather gloves. All minors should be accompanied by a guardian. Tools and know-how provided. Register here.
