Description

GrieveWell is partnering with the 15th Annual KDB Melanoma Walk! This year this amazing event is being held virtually because of COVID, and we are so excited to be able to offer a virtual restorative yoga class with Chelsea Cendrowski as part of the event! Learn more about the KDB Melanoma event and register at https://www.melanomawalk.org/

Your body holds on to grief. Many of us are feeling stress, anxiety, isolation, and disconnection as we must physically distance ourselves from others – accentuating our grief experience. Come spend an hour with Chelsea Cendrowski as she engages us in restorative yoga to connect to our feelings, our bodies, and to healing after loss. The yoga workshop will create space for us to explore our emotions and grief while relaxing the body, using our breath, and engaging our mind. Chelsea will help identify tools that we can integrate into our daily life. With over a decade of yoga instruction experience and a thriving private practice, Chelsea is eager to share her compassionate, restorative approach to yoga with you. In addition to teaching yoga, Chelsea is a psychiatric nurse working in our local health care system.

Register on Nationbuilder. A Zoom link will be sent once you register.

No prior yoga experience necessary.

Make sure you have a mat or carpeted area, water bottle, and a couple of blankets nearby you during the workshop.
