The HOPE Ambassador program is part of the Office of Patient Experience. Our volunteers welcome our patients and families, answer simple questions, and walk with patients and families needing help navigating to an appointment or seeing a loved one. If you are interested in volunteering as a HOPE Ambassador once the program resumes, we encourage you to review the requirements below and fill out the online interest form.
Michigan Medicine HOPE Ambassadors are trained volunteers who help patients and families find their way through the hospital complex. The HOPE Ambassador Program complements and enhances the ideal patient experience by providing support to patients, their families and visitors to the Michigan Medicine complex.
