Founded in 1973, WSC is a non-profit vocational rehabilitation organization dedicated to empowering individuals facing significant disabilities and employment barriers. For over 50 years, we’ve been committed to enriching lives through personalized support, helping clients thrive in their journey toward meaningful employment and fulfilling lives. Our services are CARF accredited and ISO certified, ensuring the highest standards in all we do.

What We Do

Work Skills Corporation (WSC) empowers individuals by providing employment training, clinical services, residential support, and creative opportunities. We help people overcome barriers to self-sufficiency through job placement, home care, vocational rehabilitation, and community programs. Our diverse services, including Artisan Corner, WSC Staffing, and production solutions, create meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.
