Who We Are

The Forigin Initiative is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth in grades 6-12 through our innovative and interactive student enrichment literacy program, Skills-to-Assets, and community development. By integrating educational and environmental stewardship with community-building initiatives, we foster economic liberation and empowerment. Our program includes, but is not limited to, financial literacy, principles of ownership and entrepreneurship, mathematics, leadership, critical- thinking, design thinking, and group collaboration to thinking, promote a healthy and sustainable economic well-being for current and future generations that lack access to literacy and economic resources while emphasizing the importance of providing the resources for their community. We inspire multigenerational leaders and professionals while providing strategies for generational wealth-building and sustainable business practices.

What We Do

The Forigin Initiative is an interactive, literacy-driven 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through literacy education, economic empowerment, and environmental stewardship. Our programs and community involvement equip young people with essential, transferable skills that are valuable in academics, business, and any industry they pursue. We emphasize the importance of applying these skills within their communities, fostering a deeper understanding of their role in driving collective growth and sustainable change.
