We’re a small organization, established in 2019, with a big mission: to empower young Black girls to unleash their full potential. We believe that with the right guidance, support, and resources, young Black girls can unlock their own unique greatness and be successful entrepreneurs. Our mission is to educate and encourage young Black girls 6 to 16 years old to own their own businesses while fostering their self-esteem and leadership through programs, mentorship, resources, business fairs, etc...

Our vision at Enriching Young Minds is to grow a movement of empowered young Black girls who confidently own their identity and succeed in business as professional entrepreneurs We strive to bridge the gap and close the disparities in entrepreneurial opportunities afforded to them, thus allowing them to fulfill their dreams and reach their highest potential.

Our team of professional mentors and advisors provides guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. We are proud to be a part of the global movement to improve the lives of young Black girls. At Enriching Young Minds, we’re committed to helping young Black girls develop the skills and confidence necessary to pursue their dreams and become successful entrepreneurs.
