Who We Are

Mission: To provide a safe, meaningful, connected life filled with enriching activities and learning opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, all within a cooperative residential setting that prepares the next generation of service professionals.

Many Hands Lifesharing Community is an emerging residential and learning community designed to bring people of all abilities together in a shared, supportive environment. Rooted in the philosophy of “lifesharing,” the community will create a space where individuals with disabilities, their caregivers (PALs), and others live, grow, and support one another through meaningful relationships and mutual respect.

What We Do

We are building a close-knit, inclusive community where adults with disabilities and their caregivers will live together in family-style homes. At full capacity, Many Hands will include 100 residents, with one-third being individuals with disabilities, supported by PALs who share daily life with them. The campus will foster belonging, lifelong learning, and shared purpose for people of all ages and abilities.
