The Lookout Project

We are a group of U-M students, recent graduates, and U-M medical students passionate about breaking down stigma and providing life-saving resources to those in need.

The Lookout Project distributes free Overdose Response Kits through the mail via a social media ad campaign.We are currently pending IRB-approval for a research project to study the scope of our initiative thus far. We also aim to educate the general public and reduce stigma through our educational social media platforms.  Lastly, we are hoping to support individuals exiting incarceration who have substance use disorders and are currently working to start up these new initiatives.
