- Check Yourself Community Engagement Checklist
- Use this handy checklist to make sure you're taking all the right steps to ensure a fun and meaningful experience for yourself or your group
- Attend a Learning in Community Workshop (LinC)
- The LinC series is an educational workshop and training series focused on supporting students who are interested in community engagement, social justice, democratic engagement, advocacy, activism and philanthropy. Sign up or view the workshop calendar here!
- Community Engagement MOOC (Massive Open Online Course)
- For a more in depth training on community engagement, the University is proud to now offer a Massive Open Online Course called Community Engagement: Collaborating for Change. It is accessible as a free resource to prepare students and others for work in the community. The MOOC can be used in several different ways - it can be completed forward to backwards, or relevant sections, modules, or activities can be selected. You can access the MOOC here! If you complete the whole course, you can also opt to receive a course certificate.
